Do you have memories of feeling so full after Thanksgiving dinner that you
needed to have a nap, and not because of the trytophan in the turkey? Do you
remember feeling so full and bloated that you may have secretly unbuttoned
your pants just so you could breathe? Is it possible that you may have at
one time filled your plate up for seconds or thirds but couldn't finish
because you were so full and nauseous?
This year, try putting a bottle of DGX on the table. Offer the enzymes to
others as well. I have had a similar experience every year, which is that
the skeptics are the ones that are the most 'thankful' at the end of the
meal.
So when you really want to continue eating on Thursday but you know that
your first helping is still sitting in your belly, take a DGC between those
helpings. It may be just what you need to make it through the day..... And
the leftovers.
